It is time to walk through the fire of your rage!

This path is designed to lead you through a step by step process to help you identify the points of anger you are holding inside in a logical order.

Then you learn how to dive into the sadness, hurt, and pain which are underlying factors.

After you have felt your feelings and expressed your pain, you move toward compassion.

You move through your anger and uplift into compassion by updating your anger points into desired truths in the present moment of your life.

After you have processed these points of anger and have come closer to a compassionate mindset, you step into the second part of the program where you introduce your new compassionate self to those around you.

At the completion of this program, the anger has been released and a new version compassionate you forms from the inside out.

Your end result: A compassionate, calm, tranquil state of mind.

Testimonial after completing 50 hours of anger purge

"I feel such a sense of peace. And accomplishment. I love knowing that I spent the time and did the work to really uncover why I made the choice I did in my life and where I had anger. And now I know what to do with that anger to ultimately come into acceptance. It was SUCH a rewarding experience that I would recommend to anyone and everyone!!"

After 4 months of Anger Purge

“I began writing anger points down back in July of 2021, worked on that for a couple months, before being able to begin purging. I had 10 categories and at least 5-17 anger points in each category. Before beginning the purge I used to get so angry at a lot of different things, depending on the severity, it would affect me for a short period of time or for a long period of time, sometimes days or months. Most of the time I never took the time to learn why these things were affecting me so much and how I could change, let alone manage them.

During my anger purge, I started to notice my anger much more and what was affecting me and how I was handling it. I noticed there were a lot of superficial points that were easy for me to let go of once I really thought about it. Some of the more personal ones it took me a little more time to learn from and fix. I felt very strongly for the anger I felt towards my kids, my family, my Husband and most of all myself. It took me about 4 days to complete my actual Anger purge, it was an eye opening and weight lifting experience. Something I’ve never done before.

After my Anger purge, I was able to really purge most of my anger points. There were still a few I had to dig in a little deeper to purge, yet once completed it felt very empowering. I was able to really slow down, take a step back and evaluate situations that normally I would lose my cool on. Looking back at how long it took me to purge my anger… 37 years is a freaking long time to waste on such a thing.

Reading my Truths was also very empowering and humbling. It felt good to be vulnerable to the people I truly care about in my life. It also felt amazing at how supportive and proud everyone was of me for accomplishing it. I feel little to no stress and anxiety in my life now. I am now able to have calm rational, compassionate conversations with others, evaluate them, accept, and move on without carrying it throughout the day. I am overall happier and enjoy every moment that comes my way. My relationship with my husband has changed tremendously. Rather than fighting with each other in situations, I simply voice my opinion or concern, make sure he acknowledges it and then move on! I was never able to do that before!

Realizing that anger is an emotion that takes me away from reality and puts me in a cave of depression and frustration was a huge push to getting this all out. I mean obviously Aymee was a huge motivator as well.

Anger is an emotion that will always be with anyone, it opens our eyes to something we need to deal with or evaluate on a deeper level. Anger still pops its head in my life, yet I never hold on to things like I used to and I am always able to process, accept and move forward. Learning every step of the way!”

After 2 months of Anger Purge

“Since I've been working with Dr. Aymee Coget, using her unique Anger Purge teachings I've experienced a tremendously positive emotional shift towards ongoing feelings of happiness and peace. For the first time since I can remember I'm regularly feeling a sense of joy and optimism in just about anything that I'm doing. And it's not based on anticipation of where I'm going or what I'm accomplishing. Often in the past (working on my own and with other coaches) up until recently, I settled for feeling ok, or kind of good. And for a lot of the time that was an improvement over negative attitudes or feelings I was stuck in. Now that the Anger Purge has helped me release so much anger over things far in the past (a lot of which I mistakenly thought I had processed and released with other trainings), it's that I'm genuinely grateful for my life and just being in the moment.

In my personal / spiritual journey, I've sought out and worked with over a dozen different coaches, trainers, psychologists, counselors, hypnotists, healers, you name it, to help me get healthy and find balance. And I've gotten something good from working with each one. But none could ever get me to fully process the anger and negativity I carried around for decades. Aymee's methods helped me to accomplish this by confronting not just some of the intense anger and pain inside, but literally all of it. And working with her and learning to release each one is liberating.

When I first started working with Aymee and she suggested the Anger Purge, I wasn't that thrilled because I thought we were going to be working on creating happiness. But I see now that the whole time I was working on my anger issues, I was working on creating happiness in my life, and that a big part of joy comes from self-acceptance that this process brings. Working with Aymee on this been an awesome experience that I would recommend to anyone who has significant anger or other strong, negative emotions they'd like to get rid of. It's been one of the most challenging things I've worked through, but easily one of the most rewarding investments I've ever made.

It’s not until I released all those old feelings and memories would there be room for joy to come in.”
